The awards recognise TVS ILP’s commitment to sustainable development and best-in-class industrial and logistics parks infrastructure in Southern India.
TVS ILP earned top honours across two of the most popular categories – Best Sustainable Industrial/Warehousing Project of the Year for its pioneering Coimbatore Park and Industrial Park of the Year for the strategically developed Singadivakkam Park in Chennai.
The recognition of this award comes from TVS ILP’s continued sustainability efforts across its parks, including saving tonnes of water annually, applying rainwater and daylight harvesting, installing solar panels, and implementing Miyawaki plantations. These practices are further supported by waste-management practices across all facilities.
