Crack Academy Trains 70 New Centre Partners in Himachal Pradesh

Himachal Pradesh; 9th June 2025: In a bid to ensure operational excellence across its growing network, Crack Academy conducted a comprehensive two-day Onboarding and Product Knowledge Meeting for its newly onboarded centre partners across Himachal Pradesh. The large-scale event was held in Hamirpur on 6-7 June 2025, bringing together 70 new centre partners from across the state.

The event marked one of the largest coordinated training efforts in the region’s education sector, reaffirming the academy’s commitment to ensuring consistency, service excellence, and impactful student engagement across its expanding network. The training program aimed to empower new business partners and their staff with a deep understanding of Crack Academy’s offerings and operational frameworks.

The training program featured extensive product deep-dives coupled with live Q&A sessions to address practical concerns faced by centre teams. Partners received cross-functional guidance from Crack Academy’s core departments, including IT, Marketing, Academics, Sales, Content, HR, and Student Enrollment, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of operations. The hands-on sessions focused on centre management, student engagement, marketing strategies, and achieving operational excellence tailored to local contexts. The event was further elevated by the active involvement and leadership of Crack Academy’s top management, reinforcing the academy’s commitment to partner success.
