MDP Programmes Conducted in June 2025
During June 2025, a series of impactful Management Development Programmes (MDPs) were organized, catering to both customized (in-company), open, and hybrid formats. Among the customized offerings, the Certificate Programme in Management for KPMG Executives (Batch-7) continued through the month. Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) benefitted from two key programmes: “Cutting Edge for Wealth Creation” (1–30 June) and “Communication & Teamwork” at IiPM Gurugram (30 June – 2 July). The New India Assurance Company Limited hosted two Leadership Development Programmes for Scale-V Officers, held on 4–6 June and 26–28 June respectively. Sun Life Global Solutions participated in the MDP on “Excellence in Operations Management” (9–10 June), while Andritz Hydro Pvt. Ltd. undertook “Andritz Pathways to Leadership” (Module-3) from 10–13 June. A specialized MDP on “Leadership in Public Health Services” was conducted from 13–14 June. Two back-to-back batches of “Leadership & General Management” for JCOs/OR of the Indian Army under the Army Management Study Board were held from 16–28 June. Mitsui Chemicals India Pvt. Ltd. participated in a one-day MDP on “Negotiation Skills” on 25 June. EPFO Nepal employees began their “Advanced Management Programme” on 30 June, continuing into early July.
In addition to the customized sessions, several open programmes were conducted: “Advanced Business Analytics” (5–7 June), “Finance for Non-Finance Executives” (16–20 June), “Managerial Effectiveness” (18–20 June), and “Neuroscience in Marketing” (19–21 June), attracting diverse professionals. Furthermore, two ongoing hybrid “Executive Programme in Business Management” courses, initiated in November 2024 for SBI Cards employees (Bands 3–4 and 5–6), continued to run through July 2025, reflecting the institution’s commitment to continuous executive education.
