India, July 31, 2025 : Runaya, a prominent manufacturing venture with a strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation, has deepened its commitment to grassroots education through the expansion of Project Laadli under its CSR wing, Runaya Reach. Led by Runaya’s Telecom-grade FRP and ARP business in Silvassa, the latest chapter of the project marked a significant milestone with a book distribution drive organised at a government school in Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
Building on the success of its school renovation programs in Odisha, Project Laadli is steadily expanding into underserved regions, including parts of Rajasthan, with a focus on delivering long-term, transformative educational impact. The latest outreach in Silvassa brought learning to life for primary and upper primary students through interactive activities and the distribution of subject-rich books for both learners and the school library. This initiative fosters a more inclusive, resource-rich learning environment. The drive directly supported 300 students and school staff, touching over 620 lives in the region. With momentum building, Runaya Reach aims to scale the initiative further targeting over 750 direct beneficiaries and positively impacting more than 1,200 individuals in the coming months.
The officials from the District Panchayat and Education Department, have also acknowledged the growing role of collaborative, corporate-led efforts in enhancing public education infrastructure and motivation at the grassroots level.
Vivek Raj, CEO of Telecom Grade FRP and ARP Rods Business, Runaya, said, “At Runaya, we see our business as a platform to drive collective progress. Through Project Laadli, we are breaking barriers that hold back a child’s potential – bringing hope, opportunity, and a brighter future to those who need it the most. This book distribution drive is a reflection of our belief that learning should never be hindered by lack of access or resources. As we continue to expand across states like Odisha, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Rajasthan, our aim is to nurture environments where students are encouraged to dream, learn, and grow.”
Mr. Arun Gupta, Chief Educational Officer, Education Department, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, said, “Initiatives like book distribution drive play a pivotal role in reinforcing the value of education at the community level. By ensuring access to meaningful learning resources and creating positive engagement, Runaya is contributing to a culture of education that empowers not just students but also their families. We look forward to seeing this effort continue and grow.”
