Bengaluru, Mar 05: Strengthening its reputation for delivering engaging entertainment and emotionally rich storytelling, Zee Kannada is all set to launch its brand-new fiction drama Krishna Rukku. The show, centered on a compelling tale of love, revenge, and destiny, will premiere on March 9 at 6:30 PM on Zee Kannada and stream on ZEE5 Kannada.
Blending family values, responsibility, and romance with unexpected twists, Krishna Rukku promises an emotionally engaging narrative. The story follows Rukku, a strong-willed young woman who takes on the responsibility of supporting her entire family after the untimely demise of her elder brother. As fate brings Krishna and Rukku together, their journey unfolds through moments of love, conflict, and destiny, creating a gripping drama that is set to captivate audiences.
The show features Mouna Guddemane as Rukku and Akshay Nayak as Krishna. Adding further strength to the ensemble is veteran filmmaker, producer, writer, and actor S. Narayan, who plays the pivotal role of Surya Prakash. Popular actress Suchitra also makes her much-awaited return to Kannada television with the show. The cast also includes noted singer Naveen Sajju, along with several other talented performers who bring depth and intensity to the narrative.
