Mr.Hanshi Premjit Sen has conducted an online workshop on “Importance of Karate during this pandemic situation for physical and mental fitness. The world is fighting the Coronavirus by staying in their home and in the meanwhile, most of the children are spending their time playing video games. Video games can negatively affect the brain, memory and vision. They can cause stress, anxiety and even isolation if the addiction gets severe enough. Kids playing too many video games exhibit impulsive behaviour and also show obesity.
