Mumbai, Mar 02: Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen and her mother Subhra Sen have rented out their residential apartment in Mumbai for a total lease value of ₹73.76 lakh over a three-year term, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra. The transaction was officially registered in February 2026.
As per the registered documents, the apartment is located in Oberoi Exquisite, Goregaon, one of Mumbai’s rapidly developing residential hubs. The property features a carpet area of 92.5 sq. m. (996 sq. ft.) and a total area of 115.29 sq. m. (1,241 sq. ft.), along with two designated car parking spaces. The agreement was registered with a stamp duty of ₹18,900 and registration charges of ₹1,000. A security deposit of ₹6 lakh has been recorded as part of the transaction.
According to Square Yards’ analysis, the lease tenure spans 36 months. The monthly rent is set at ₹1.95 lakh for the first year, escalating by 5% to ₹2.04 lakh in the second year, and further increasing by 5% to ₹2.14 lakh in the third year. The cumulative rental value over the entire term amounts to ₹73.76 lakh.
