WE-Hub, HERALBONY and JICA to host global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Training in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, March 8: WE-Hub, in collaboration with Japan’s HERALBONY Co., Ltd. and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), will host a pioneering Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Training Program from March 9–11, 2026 at WE-Hub, Hyderabad. The initiative marks the India pilot of an internationally recognized DEI training model led by Japanese facilitators and global experts.

The three-day immersive program aims to bring together CEOs, senior government officials including IAS officers, human resource leaders, and women entrepreneurs to explore how inclusive practices can transform organizations, innovation ecosystems, and leadership cultures.

The collaboration highlights a shared commitment to strengthening inclusive economic ecosystems and promoting opportunities for persons with disabilities and neurodiverse communities.

HERALBONY, a Japanese creative agency founded by twin brothers Takaya Matsuda and Fumito Matsuda, connects artists with disabilities to companies and institutions worldwide. Managing a collection of over 2,000 artworks created by neurodiverse artists, the organization promotes fair royalties for artists while reshaping global perceptions of disability through art and business.

Through this partnership, WE-Hub, HERALBONY and JICA aim to introduce global best practices in inclusive leadership and demonstrate how diversity can drive business value, cultural transformation and innovation.

Participants will gain first-hand exposure to a globally proven inclusion model, learn how leading brands integrate DEI into strategy and innovation, and engage directly with international experts and collaborators bringing the framework to India.

The sessions will be conducted in English and will take place daily from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at WE-Hub.

Participation in the program is free of cost, though prior registration through WE-Hub is required.

This pilot initiative in India is expected to contribute to the development of a future global DEI training platform, strengthening international collaboration and promoting inclusive entrepreneurship.
