Methodology

We tested 7 AI hacks across 3 team members for two working weeks. Each tool was used to complete normal client, admin, or planning tasks. We compared task time with and without AI, verified outcomes for accuracy, and cross-checked with industry data on productivity and AI usage. Where appropriate, we estimated time saved using conservative, replicable benchmarks. All tools were publicly available and required minimal setup. We prioritized usability, real-time impact, and cross-platform functionality. Every hack included here saved measurable time for at least two users and improved task satisfaction overall.
