Noida, Aug 10: To commemorate 28 years of excellence, IMS Noida organised the ‘IMS & DIA Alumni Leadership Honours 2026’ at its campus. The event was held under the theme ‘28 Years, 28 Leaders’, and 28 distinguished alumni who have made significant contributions across various fields in India and abroad were honoured.

The ceremony brought together alumni who have established themselves in diverse fields including law, management, journalism, media, corporate leadership, banking, design and entrepreneurship. The gathering of alumni from different batches under one roof brought back cherished memories and reflected their enduring association with the institution.

Addressing the gathering, IMS Noida President Mr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta said that the objective of IMS has never been limited to providing degrees, but has always been to develop knowledge, confidence and leadership abilities among students so that they can make a meaningful contribution to society and the nation. He said, “It is a matter of great pride for us to see our alumni reaching remarkable positions in India and abroad and bringing laurels to the institution. Their achievements are the greatest legacy of IMS’s 28-year journey and a true reflection of our success.”

IMS Noida Vice President Mr. Chirag Gupta said that alumni are the identity and one of the strongest pillars of any educational institution. He said, “Seeing alumni from different batches come together on one platform is a reflection of the strong bond they continue to share with IMS even after completing their education. Their achievements are a source of inspiration for our present students, and we are confident that future generations will carry forward this legacy and achieve even greater heights.”

During the programme, the Director and Deans of IMS Noida also congratulated the alumni and said that their achievements serve as an inspiration for the present generation of students. They added that the success of the alumni reflects the institution’s academic quality, values and commitment to excellence.

The programme commenced with Saraswati Vandana and the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. The distinguished alumni were felicitated with mementoes and certificates of recognition. Special video testimonials featuring the alumni’s experiences and memories associated with the institution were also showcased, adding an emotional touch to the occasion. The event further featured cultural performances, which created an atmosphere of enthusiasm and celebration.
