EARA Group Founder and CEO E Lakshminarayana Reddy Receives an Award as ‘Emerging Innovator in Sustainable Real Estate Development’ from Karnataka Business Awards 2026
The Founder and CEO of EARA Group, Mr. E Lakshminarayana Reddy, received an award for being the ‘Emerging Innovator in Sustainable Real Estate Development’ at the Karnataka Business Awards 2026.
The Karnataka Business Awards 2026, the sixth edition of Karnataka’s premier business recognition platform, celebrated excellence, innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurial success across diverse industries. Organized by the Karnataka Traders Chamber of Commerce, the awards brought together leading business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, startups, and industry leaders from across the state.
The recognition highlights EARA Group’s growing contribution towards sustainable and future-focused real estate development in Bengaluru. In a market where buyers increasingly prioritize asset security, regulatory transparency, and rigorous land due diligence, EARA Group has formally entered the luxury development segment with the launch of its flagship project, “Amidst Nature.” The project marks the company’s transition from strategic land stewardship to full-scale residential development.
Spread across 18 acres in Kaggalipura, just off Kanakapura Main Road in Bengaluru, Amidst Nature is envisioned as a low-density, multi-phase community integrating residential plots, future apartments, and select commercial spaces. The project is being developed in three phases, with Phase 1 expected to be completed within 18 months, followed by subsequent phases over the next three years.
Currently, the development offers 141 ready-to-build villa plots ranging from 2400 sq. ft. to 3500 sq. ft., with prices starting from ₹1.92 crore. The project is backed by essential infrastructure and focuses on sustainable planning, verified land ownership, and long-term investment value for buyers.
