This strategic move comes as part of Egis’ broader reorganisation under the Impact the Future plan, designed to position the company among the world’s top 10 construction engineering firms and double its turnover by 2029.

With a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years, Justus has helmed multinational organisations, specialising in performance excellence, large-scale project delivery, and strategic market expansion. He brings with him a deep command of commercial growth, digitalisation, and low-carbon operations. Having worked in numerous countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia, including 10 years in the Middle East, his global expertise and ability to translate vision into action make him exceptionally well-positioned to lead Egis in the Middle East and South Asia through its next chapter of sustainable and profitable growth.

Justus previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the Middle East and South Asia regions at Egis and prior to joining the company in 2024, he held senior leadership roles in engineering, digital technology, and energy firms, driving forward digital transformation and decarbonisation across emerging and mature markets alike. His international experience includes leading billion-dollar operations, launching innovation-driven partnerships, and advancing AI-and data-enabled solutions to enhance urban systems and infrastructure resiliency.
