EIH Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Performance

New Delhi, Aug 07: EIH Limited, the flagship company of The Oberoi Group, today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, delivering strong double-digit growth despite a volatile geo-political environment. Supported by resilient domestic demand, sustained momentum in luxury travel and the strength of the Oberoi & Trident brands, the Company reported robust performance across key financial metrics.

For Q1 FY27, consolidated revenue increased 15% year-on-year to ₹698 crore, while EBITDA stood at ₹208 crore, up 6% year-on-year. Profit After Tax was at ₹120 crore.

On a standalone basis, revenue grew 15% year-on-year to ₹658 crore, EBITDA increased 7% to ₹207 crore, and Profit After Tax was at ₹127 crore.

India presents significant opportunities for the hospitality sector, driven by resilient domestic travel, improving connectivity and expanding infrastructure.

EIH continues to strengthen its development pipeline through carefully selected projects that align with its long-term vision and reinforce its leadership in luxury hospitality. Among the recent additions to its portfolio are The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace, Khajuraho and Naila Fort, an Oberoi Residence, Jaipur, two distinctive properties that embody the Group’s philosophy of creating exceptional hospitality experiences rooted in heritage, culture and a strong sense of place. Naila fort is first residence managed by EIH.

In addition, EIH has added the following hotels under management agreements to its development pipeline in the last Quarter:

• The Oberoi, Kabini – a 60-key luxury wildlife resort adjoining Nagarhole National Park
• The Oberoi, Hampi – a 60-key luxury resort near the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hampi
• The Oberoi, Coorg – a 100-key luxury resort in one of South India’s leading leisure destinations
• The Oberoi Cairo – a 147-key luxury hotel that will further strengthen the Group’s international presence in Egypt
• Trident, Amritsar – a 150-key hotel in one of India’s most important spiritual and tourism destinations
• Trident, Pavana – a 150-key leisure hotel near Mumbai

These developments support EIH‘s aspiration to significantly expand its portfolio by 2030. They also strengthen the Company’s position to capitalise on the long-term growth opportunities emerging across India and international markets.

The Oberoi Rajgarh Palace, Khajuraho, one of EIH‘s newest openings, has already been included in TIME Magazine’s World’s Greatest Places 2026, the Condé Nast Traveller Global Hot List 2026, and recognised by Prix Versailles, France, among the World’s Most Beautiful Hotels.

These accolades follow the recognition of The Oberoi Vindhyavilas Wildlife Resort, Bandhavgarh, among TIME Magazine’s World’s Greatest Places 2025, underscoring the growing global appreciation for thoughtfully crafted hospitality experiences rooted in heritage, culture and a strong sense of place.

Responsible stewardship remains integral to EIH‘s approach to growth. Through Elements by Oberoi, the Group’s environmental framework inspired by Earth, Water and Air, the Company continues to invest in renewable energy, resource conservation and environmentally responsible operating practices. These initiatives support EIH‘s long-term commitment to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050 while helping preserve the destinations that are integral to its success. Over 40% of EIH’s electrical consumption is from renewable sources – this will increase to over 70% by 2030.
