Scheduled to take place on 29–30 May 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre, the event is presented by the Government of Maharashtra (GoM) and co-powered by Meta. Under this year’s theme, “AI in Action,” MTW 2026  marks a decisive shift from experimentation to real-world deployment, highlighting how AI is enabling businesses to become more efficient & innovate faster.

The festival will feature AI showcases from companies including Meta, Anthropic, and OpenAI, alongside other leading national and international organisations. “AI adoption accelerates when more people can engage directly with the technology — whether by building with it, understanding its real-world applications, or experiencing it in action at scale. At a time when conversations around responsible innovation, inclusive growth, and bridging digital divides are becoming increasingly important, we believe access to platforms like Mumbai Tech Week can help enable wider participation across India’s technology ecosystem. Through this National Technology Day offer, we wanted to make that access wider and more inclusive,” said Naiyya Saggi, Governing Council Member, TEAM.

Marking National Technology Day on 11 May, the limitedperiod offer aims to encourage broader participation from across India’s dynamic technology and innovation ecosystem. From aspiring entrepreneurs and startup founders to developers, tech professionals, researchers, and emerging AI innovators, the initiative seeks to unite the next generation of changemakers driving India’s AI and technology revolution.

As Mumbai continues to strengthen its position as one of India’s leading technology hubs, MTW 2026 will spotlight the city’s expanding role in advancing AI adoption, startup momentum, and enterprise transformation. Through industry-led conversations, live showcases, and city-wide experiences, the festival captures the scale and energy of Mumbai’s rapidly evolving technology ecosystem.
