SovAI Launches as Sovereign AI Factory Architect

DANA POINT, Calif., Sept 17 — SovAI, Inc. today announced its public launch as The AI Factory Architect, a company that designs, builds and operates sovereign AI compute campuses powered behind the meter. SovAI delivers AI capacity for enterprises, communities and nations that need their own compute, on their own power, on their own timeline.

Demand for AI compute is growing faster than the electric grid can serve it. New data center interconnection requests in many regions now wait three years or longer for grid capacity. SovAI removes that wait. The company builds permitted behind-the-meter generation on site, pairs it with high-density GPU infrastructure, and targets first revenue from its digital design and engineering in approximately two months from project start.

SovAI campuses are built on three pillars. Sovereign Fuel secures the energy source under the customer’s control. Sovereign Power converts that fuel into firm, dedicated electricity on site. Sovereign Compute delivers the AI factory itself, engineered, commissioned and operated as a single integrated system. The company’s orchestration platform manages fuel, power and compute together in real time, so every megawatt produces revenue-generating tokens from day one.

“AI is the defining industrial buildout of this generation, and the grid queue has become its bottleneck,” said Joe Doyle, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SovAI. “We architect the entire AI factory, from the fuel contract to the token. Our customers own their compute destiny instead of waiting in line for it.”

SovAI is actively developing a pipeline of campus sites across the United States and Canada, spanning enterprise, community and sovereign deployments. Each campus includes SovU, the company’s workforce and education program that brings AI literacy and AI career pathways to every host community.

SovAI will make its public industry debut at SC26 in Chicago this November, where the company will demonstrate its orchestration platform and campus architecture.
