LEAD Group records 7 fold surge in EBITDA while delivering double-digit revenue growth in FY2025-26

Mumbai, Aug 26: LEAD Group, India’s Learning System company, has delivered a strong year of growth and profitability in FY2025-26, with operating EBITDA growing 7X to INR 30 crore, from INR 4 crore a year earlier, while operating revenue rose 10 percentage to INR 387 crore, from INR 352 crore in FY2024-25. The sharp growth in profitability reflects the strength of LEAD’s core business and the greater efficiencies it has built as it scales, marking an important step towards a stronger and more sustainable business.

LEAD Group’s growth during the year was anchored in the strength of its existing school network. Strong learning outcomes have helped the company deepen relationships with partner schools and maintain high retention, while an increasing number of new schools adopted LEAD Group’s integrated Learning System and curriculum solutions. The company saw strong results in the CBSE Board examinations, while its first batch of Grade 12 Foundation students secured admissions to IITs, marking an important milestone for LEAD Group’s academic programmes. Technology and AI also played an increasingly important role during the year, helping LEAD Group strengthen learning support for students and enable teachers to deliver more personalised and effective learning experiences.
