The installation is being showcased at Technogym Milano from April 21 to 26, 2026, as part of Milan Design Week.
Celebrating a product that pioneered the concept of home wellness, Unica has, over four decades, become a timeless design icon—featured in some of the world’s most beautiful homes, supporting elite athletes, and inspiring millions to pursue healthier lifestyles.
Curated by Technogym with art direction by Felice Limosani, UNICA MENTE transforms the product into a cultural symbol. The installation explores the dynamic relationship between body, mind, and wellbeing, aligning with Technogym’s vision of “healthy people, healthy planet.”
Blending real portraits with AI-generated reinterpretations, the installation brings together forty personalities—athletes, artists, and cultural icons—who embody a wellness-driven lifestyle. Rather than serving as testimonials, these individuals act as co-authors, contributing perspectives that form a collective narrative around discipline, awareness, and intentional living.
Extending beyond the artistic experience, each contributor has selected a school or institution to receive a Technogym Unica system, turning the initiative into a meaningful expression of wellness as a shared global responsibility.
Long before wellness became a mainstream home ritual, Unica anticipated this shift—introducing structured, design-led fitness into everyday living spaces. Today, as homes evolve into hubs of personal wellbeing, UNICA MENTE expands this vision into a broader cultural and mental framework.
At its core, Unica remains a benchmark in performance and innovation. Designed and developed by Technogym Founder and President Nerio Alessandri, the multi-station system offers over 25 exercises targeting all major muscle groups—delivering a complete strength and toning workout within just one and a half square meters. Combining compact design with professional-grade quality and safety, it continues to redefine how fitness integrates seamlessly into daily life.
