Traders reported strong demand for gold ornaments, coins, and investment-grade bullion throughout the day.
Industry sources attributed the robust sales to improving consumer sentiment, festive enthusiasm, and traditional beliefs associated with Akshaya Tritiya, which is considered an ideal time for making auspicious investments.
