Gandhinagar, May 20: Gujarat has completed 2.21 crore cubic metres of earthwork over the past three years, exceeding its set target, according to official data.
The achievement reflects sustained progress in infrastructure and development projects across the state, supported by large-scale planning and execution efforts.
Officials said the completion of earthwork beyond the target highlights improved project implementation and focus on strengthening basic infrastructure.
The state government noted that such works play a key role in supporting irrigation, road development, and other public utility projects, contributing to long-term regional development.
