Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with the beneficiaries of “Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana” through video conferencing. The free food distribution program, Ann Mahotsav was organized in dozens of villages including Ajmatullaganj, Faridpur, Rahwan of Harchandpur, and development block of Race Bareilly district. The newly elected block head of Harchandpur “Thakur Piyush Pratap Singh” attended as the chief guest. Free food grains and sacks were distributed to the beneficiaries by the block head Thakur Piyush Pratap Singh ji. While addressing the people present in the program, he apprised about the welfare schemes being run by the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. All the residents of the village who came to the block thanked the Prime Minister for this dialogue.
