Hosted over nine specially curated dinner evenings and culminating in a signature brunch experience, Flavours of Arabia brings together the rich culinary heritage of the Levant with contemporary gastronomic expression. The residency showcases an immersive dining journey crafted with seasonal ingredients, featuring an extensive selection of mezze, live culinary stations, signature mains, charcoal-grilled specialties, and classic Arabic desserts inspired by Arabian and Levantine traditions.
With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Chef Mazen Abdallah is renowned for his philosophy rooted in authenticity, sustainability, and meaningful culinary storytelling. His approach combines time-honoured Levantine techniques with refined contemporary presentation, creating dishes that celebrate both tradition and innovation.
Speaking about the residency, Chef Mazen Abdallah said,
