Jodhpur, the historic capital of Marwar, is known for a distinctive culinary tradition shaped by its royal heritage and regional ingredients. From Pyaaz Ki Kachori and Mirchi Bada to Dal Baati Churma and Gatte preparations, the cuisine is recognised for its bold flavours, resourceful cooking techniques and recipes that continue to be enjoyed across Rajasthan. Bringing these flavours to Tamra is Chef Shubrata Singhvi, winner of MasterChef Rajasthan and Super Chef Jodhpur, whose menus draw inspiration from the dishes and traditions of her home state.

Over three days, the menus will present a changing selection of Jodhpuri specialities, allowing guests to experience different facets of Marwar’s culinary traditions.
