Hyderabad, July 31: GCCX Hyderabad 2026, jointly organised by HYSEA and 3AI, concluded successfully today at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre , Novotel Hyderabad, bringing together more than 1,200 delegates and over 70 speakers for one of India’s largest gatherings of Global Capability Centre and Artificial Intelligence leaders.
Held under the theme “The Leadership Imperative for AI-Native GCCs,” the summit convened GCC Country Heads, Managing Directors, Global Business Services leaders, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, AI leaders, policymakers, investors, technology innovators, academia and startups to explore how Artificial Intelligence is transforming the next generation of Global Capability Centres.
As India strengthens its position as the world’s preferred destination for GCCs, the summit reaffirmed Hyderabad’s growing prominence as one of the country’s leading GCC hubs. Throughout the day, discussions focused on building AI-native enterprises, reimagining operating models, accelerating innovation, creating measurable business value and nurturing future-ready leadership.
A major highlight of the summit was the launch of PwC’s whitepaper, “Making Value Visible – A Critical Imperative for Technology GCCs.” The event also showcased cutting-edge AI innovations from emerging startups and technology companies through the Innovation Zone and concluded with the GCC ONE Awards 2026, celebrating excellence in leadership, innovation and business impact across India’s GCC ecosystem.
