While this has disrupted the normal practices, newer standards have been adopted and followed across all sectors. Social distancing, wearing a mask & sanitizing are all external factors and can work as a barrier between the virus and you. However, strengthening our immunity is an internal factor that can fight against the virus and keep us healthy even if we come in contact with the virus. The most important step of building our immunity is through vaccination. Being the responsible citizens of tomorrow, parents should get their children vaccinated. Additional safety measures should be kept in mind in adherence to the omicron variant outbreak. He further talked about the students’ well-being during the online classes and the importance of active parental involvement in the novel study culture. He suggested a few measures like incorporating age-appropriate nutrition classes and teaching the younger students about good sanitation habits to avoid additional health risks.”
