LEHI, Utah, September 09, 2025 — Conquer Padel announced today it has submitted permitting applications for its new signature club in Lehi, Utah, following the signing of a 10-year lease on a prime 30,000-square-foot property.
The 30,000-square-foot venue will feature seven state-of-the-art padel courts with 30-foot-high ceilings, premium wellness amenities including saunas, cold plunges, a Pilates area, recovery zone, lounges, and community-focused programming. This move marks a key milestone in Conquer Padel’s nationwide expansion, with the club opening planned for the first quarter of 2026.
The Lehi location is strategically positioned in Silicon Slopes, Utah’s booming tech corridor, surrounded by upscale residential areas and over 1,000 technology firms such as Adobe and Microsoft. The market boasts a 5-mile radius population of 215,000, an average household income of $148,000, and a median age of 27.1—ideal demographics for padel, a social and active sport that appeals to families, professionals, and wellness enthusiasts.
“This is a dream property for a padel club,” said Enrique Gracia, Co-Founder and CEO of Conquer Padel. “Silicon Slopes’ vibrant tech ecosystem and family-oriented culture align perfectly with padel’s social, networking appeal—often called the ‘new golf.’ We’re excited to bring this premium sport and wellness club to an area with such explosive growth and potential for indoor racquet sports.”
The project is part of Conquer Padel’s broader growth strategy, supported by its Conquer Capital Fund, which is currently raising $1.8 million for the Lehi development. To date, $1.1 million has been secured, with a minimum investment of $50,000. The fund aims to scale to seven signature clubs while leveraging franchising to accelerate national presence.
This announcement follows the successful opening of Conquer Padel’s flagship club in Tempe, Arizona, last month, which has seen an amazing community response. Building on this momentum, Conquer Padel recently awarded its first U.S. franchises to industry veterans, the Baker family, who plan to open 50 locations starting in the Northeast, as well as to M. Sands, who plans to open Conquer locations in Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida. “This symbiosis between our signature clubs and franchising is key,” said Tom Konkowski, COO of Conquer Padel Holdings and Conquer Franchise Group. “We’re extremely selective about locations and markets to ensure every club is successful, creating a network where investors benefit from the expanding ecosystem.”
