ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., September 17, 2025 — Dynasty Financial Partners today announced the appointment of Kevin Monaco as Business Development Officer, marking a significant step forward in the firm’s continued national expansion.
Mr. Monaco will be based in Los Angeles, California, and will report to Tim Oden, Dynasty’s Chief Growth Officer. He brings more than 30 years of financial services experience to Dynasty, including senior leadership roles at D.A. Davidson, Wells Fargo Private Bank, Raymond James & Associates, and Morgan Stanley. Most recently, he served as Southern California Regional Director at Oppenheimer, where he was recognized as one of the firm’s top recruiting managers in 2023 and 2024. His experience spans business development, advisor recruitment, and leadership coaching across several wealth management platforms.
In his new role, Mr. Monaco will be responsible for recruiting top-tier independent advisory firms, developing business partnerships, and serving as a local resource for existing Dynasty Network Partners in the western U.S. His appointment is a key component of Dynasty’s broader growth strategy.
