Chandigarh, Feb 01: Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, has been conferred the Best Audit Committee Award 2024–25 at the prestigious Asia Business Responsibility Summit, organised by the Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability.

The recognition highlights IHCL’s sustained commitment to robust financial oversight, strengthened risk management frameworks, enhanced transparency, and the protection of shareholder and stakeholder interests. The award reflects the Company’s strong governance practices and its focus on accountability across all levels of operations.
The award was adjudicated by an eminent jury chaired by Mr. Sanjiv Mehta, Chairman of the Summit and Awards Committee, and was presented by Mr. Paul Polman, Former Global CEO of Unilever and Founder of IMAGINE, UK.
