Delhi, Germany Eye Urban Development Partnership

New Delhi, June 2: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Monday met a German delegation to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation in urban development and technology-driven governance.

The discussions focused on improving city infrastructure through smart planning, better waste management systems, clean energy solutions, and digital public services. Both sides explored how modern technology can help make urban life more efficient, sustainable, and citizen-friendly.

Chief Minister Gupta highlighted Delhi’s ongoing efforts to upgrade infrastructure and improve civic services through innovation and technology adoption. She also stressed the importance of learning from global best practices to enhance urban governance.
