Mr. Vijay Ram Rattan, Chairperson- Ram Rattan Group associating with the National Conference as a Gold Sponsor said, “We have been curating nature-nestled elevated living experiences through luxury farm house communities over the last four decades and have demonstrated that Sustainability when inextricably interwoven with operations not only becomes a competitive advantage but also an instrument fostering shared prosperity. I have seen gated luxury farmhouse sector evolving on land for decades without ever asking what it owes the land back. Giving back to Mother Nature, we pledged to plant 5,000 saplings in Naugaon (in Alwar district of Rajasthan) in 2025 and shall commit to doing even more this year. It is an absolutely gratifying feeling that we are adding lungs to our Karam Bhoomi Naugaon by the way of green cover that will outlast any structure we build there. The real estate sector in India will have enormous influence over how this country would look, breathe, and function thirty years from now. As a practice, we are responsibly shaping neighbourhoods, air quality, and living ecosystems. Through this Conference we would like to impress upon the fact that Development and Nature can go hand in hand for the larger good of the People and Planet.”
