NMIMS Indore Hosts Manogati 2026: Inter-School Quiz Ignites Young Minds in Indore

Indore, May 06: SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Indore Campus, successfully hosted Manogati 2026, an electrifying inter-school quiz competition that united the brightest young minds from across the region in a celebration of intellect, awareness, and analytical prowess.

The event drew enthusiastic participation from 15 schools, featuring 52 teams in a rigorous multi-stage format that tested knowledge, quick thinking, and collaborative problem-solving. Designed to transcend rote learning, Manogati spotlighted real-time reasoning, global awareness, and interdisciplinary insights.

The competition commenced with a written elimination round, where teams responded to a series of thoughtfully curated questions projected on screen. The format encouraged descriptive answers rather than multiple-choice responses, ensuring thorough understanding and knowledge. With no negative marking, participants were motivated to attempt a wide range of questions spanning current affairs, people, places, countries, and engaging audio-visual segments.

Following a competitive preliminary stage, the top-performing 25 teams advanced to subsequent rounds, where the intensity and excitement escalated. Each team worked collectively throughout the event, reinforcing the importance of teamwork, communication, and shared strategy in high-pressure environments.

The quiz was meticulously designed to reflect the dynamic nature of knowledge in today’s fast-changing world. It incorporated contemporary themes and multimedia elements, providing a stimulating experience that resonated with students and educators alike.

In addition to the competition, participating students were also taken on a guided tour of the NMIMS Indore campus, offering them a firsthand experience of the institute’s academic spaces, facilities, and overall learning environment.

After several challenging rounds, the team from Jawaharlal Nehru Senior Secondary Wing, Bhopal emerged as the winner, showing great awareness, calmness, and quick thinking. One of the teams from Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, Indore secured the first runner-up position, while Sunbeam School, Mugalsarai was declared the second runner-up. The winning team was awarded a cash prize of ₹30,000, while the first and second runner-up teams received ₹20,000 and ₹10,000 respectively. All the finalists were appreciated for their strong performance and competitive spirit, making the event exciting and memorable.
