Gurugram, Dec 04th: KIIT World School, Sohna road, conducted a comprehensive career guidance session for Class 12 students, focusing on emerging opportunities in the fields of design and management.
The session featured experts from the Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD), including Varun Duggal and Swati Singh, both Associate Professors of Fashion Business Management. They briefed students on the evolving design landscape, the expanding scope of the fashion business, and the skills required to build a future-ready career. The speakers also highlighted shifting industry trends and encouraged students to identify their creative strengths while aligning them with market demands.
The programme was coordinated by Tanya Sethi, Co-Founder of Edu TV. The interactive format, including a dedicated question-and-answer segment, enabled students to gain clarity on their career goals and explore strategies for professional growth.
Principal Neelima Kamrah said the school is committed to providing students with real-world exposure. “Such initiatives help students understand the dynamic career environment and guide them in choosing the right opportunities based on their strengths,” she added.
