The subsidiary company of S.D Polymer Pvt Ltd, S.D Polymer FZE, a leading name in the polymer industry has signed an agreement with Dubai-based AI Composites Materials FZE– a company that specializes in expanding polymer compounding facilities in the Middle East. They’re also being aided by the PADC (Product Application Development Center) on a Pan India basis.
Both the company signed the MoU and committed to amalgamate with the vision of developing, manufacturing, and distributing polymer composite materials and advanced polymer compounds, particularly for automotive applications. Following the successful execution of an exclusive agreement, S.D Polymer Pvt Ltd are investing in the Middle East to expand its polymers compounding facility, as well as Product Application Development Centres (PADC) across India, to help the company diversify and develop its business and improve corporate management.
This partnership will enliven and invigorate the development and supply of polymer materials in the Middle East region. The Company’s Dubai production base has been completed successfully with 128 thousand metric tons’ annual capacity. SDPL and ACM primarily offers polypropylene compounds, ABS, long-chain nylon alloy, and other high-end engineering plastics and has developed and completed product trials with a number of customers overseas from Spain, Italy, UAE, Malaysia, and India, etc.
The MoU is a way of ensuring that certain standards, such as business arrangements, legal viability, satisfaction, and deliverable fulfilment, are met. It’s an amalgamation between SD Polymers Pvt Ltd and AI Components Fze operating under the name of SD Polymers Fze.
As per sources, the company is in talks to invest approximately around 50 million USD in the Middle East region. The actual amount, however, remains undisclosed.
