India, Thailand Reaffirm Defence Cooperation at 10th Dialogue in Bangkok

Bangkok, June 17: The 10th India–Thailand Defence Dialogue was held in Bangkok, where both sides reviewed ongoing bilateral defence cooperation and explored avenues to further strengthen strategic engagement.

The dialogue covered a wide range of areas including military-to-military exchanges, capacity building, training cooperation, and regional security challenges. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to deepening defence ties in line with shared interests in peace, stability, and maritime security in the region.

Officials from both countries appreciated the steady growth in defence cooperation over the years and expressed satisfaction with the progress achieved in joint exercises, institutional exchanges, and professional military interactions.

The discussions also focused on enhancing collaboration in emerging domains and continuing high-level engagement to further strengthen the comprehensive defence partnership between India and Thailand.
