Mumbai, Aug 13Orient Technologies Limited, a leading IT solutions and services company, today announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), reporting a strong sequential improvement across key financial metrics, supported by continued business momentum and improved operating profitability.

On a consolidated basis, Revenue from Operations for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹201.92 crore, an increase of 9.70% QoQ from ₹184.07 crore in Q4 FY26. EBITDA stood at ₹15.42 crore, representing an increase of 161QoQ compared with ₹5.91 crore in the preceding quarter.

The Company’s consolidated EBITDA margin expanded by 438 basis points to 7.57%, compared with 3.19% in Q4 FY26, reflecting a significant sequential improvement in operating profitability.

The quarter also marked a strong earnings turnaround, with consolidated EPS returning to positive territory at ₹1.13, compared with negative ₹1.09 in Q4 FY26, representing a ₹2.22 per-share sequential improvement.

  • ₹20 crore engagement with a leading public-sector insurance company, strengthening Orient Technologies’ presence in the insurance and enterprise technology segment.
  • ₹24 crore cloud engagement with a leading general insurance company, reinforcing the Company’s growing capabilities and presence across cloud services and BFSI.

Strengthening Leadership and Corporate Governance

In Board meeting, Orient Technologies further strengthened its leadership and governance framework with the appointment of Mr. Shailesh G. Mandani as Chief Financial Officer, Prior to his appointment as CFO, Shailesh held senior finance leadership positions within the organization, where he successfully led several strategic initiatives, including the company’s IPO journey. Ms. Sayli Munj as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. She has over 10 years of experience in the fields of Legal and Secretarial Compliance and has also provided advisory and secretarial assistance for Initial Public Offering.
