14 October 2023: The vibrant and energetic atmosphere at XITE College’s Fresher’s Day 2023 set the tone for an exciting academic year ahead. Held at the Xavier School Auditorium on 13th October 2023, the event was a memorable celebration of new beginnings and talent.
The event commenced with the warm welcoming of the new students, followed by a soulful prayer song by the Choir group. Fr. Principal Dr. E.A Francis graced the occasion with his inspiring message, emphasizing the importance of unity and learning.
The event was filled with captivating performances, including a mixed song by the Boys group, stunning dance routines by talented students, and an enthralling performance of beatboxing and rap by Amrit Singh & Pearl. The Mr. & Miss Fresher’s competition added a fun and competitive element to the evening.
The B. Com. Final Year students showcased their Garba dance skills, and there were mesmerizing duet and group performances that kept the audience entertained. The Fresher’s competition reached its climax with the final round, and the winners were eagerly awaited.
Dr. Radha Mahali, Cultural Club Coordinator, played a pivotal role in organizing this spectacular event, ensuring that it was a grand success.
The presence of the entire faculty, students from all batches, and Fr. Mukti Clarence added to the charm of the evening. Their enthusiastic participation and support made this celebration a memorable one.
