The launch ceremony was attended by Shri Arjun Vaidya, Co-Founder of V3 Ventures and Founder of Dr. Vaidya’s, a prominent D2C entrepreneur and early-stage investor; Shri Meghdut Roy Chowdhury, Executive Director of Techno India Group; Shri Manoj Khosla, Director of Khosla Group; and Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, Director of JIS, along with other distinguished guests.

Conceived as a collaborative innovation hub, the Centre aims to connect students, startup founders, corporates, incubators, academic institutions, and ecosystem enablers on a single, unified platform. JIS envisions an environment where ideas evolve into scalable, impactful ventures — supported by mentorship, industry exposure, strategic guidance, and structured entrepreneurial resources.

The Centre will offer two dedicated programmes. The Pre-Incubation Programme focuses on idea validation, startup fundamentals, mentorship, and entrepreneurial orientation for students. The Growth Track Programme is an execution-driven platform designed to help early-stage startups navigate product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, fundraising readiness, business development, and scalability.

Central to the Centre’s mission is creating meaningful opportunities for mentorship, networking, ecosystem exposure, and founder-led learning — delivered through interactive sessions with entrepreneurs, investors, operators, and industry leaders.

The initiative also introduces a Corporate Innovation Programme, enabling corporates and institutions to collaborate with startups and students in tackling real-world industry challenges, facilitating pilot opportunities, and driving innovation-led problem-solving.

Speaking at the launch, Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, Director, JIS Group, said:

“The launch of the Entrepreneurship Incubation Centre reflects JIS’s vision of building a thriving innovation ecosystem where students and young founders are empowered with the right mentorship, exposure, and opportunities to create impactful ventures. We are committed to making entrepreneurial learning more accessible, collaborative, and experience-driven  inspiring the next generation to think beyond convention and build solutions with real-world impact.”
