MILWAUKEE, September 19, 2025 — Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel announces the latest expression of its signature dining destination with the launch of The Studio Kitchen & Cocktails. Owned and managed by Marcus® Hotels & Resorts, The Studio Kitchen & Cocktails is designed to be Milwaukee’s hub for inspired dining. It offers handcrafted drinks with a menu of inventive dishes catering to every palate, from sushi to seasonal entrées, with a lively atmosphere that celebrates the city’s creative energy. Designed as a welcoming space for connection, The Studio Kitchen & Cocktails is a place where great food feels both approachable and elevated. And of course the space still includes The Dark Room, Milwaukee’s most intimate private dining venue.
The dining menu highlights fresh, bold ingredients prepared with authenticity and consistency, such as the Mediterranean Sea Bass, infused with rustic saffron, and a garlic and capers white wine sauce. The cocktail program features classic and modern options, serving something for every taste and occasion. Guests can enjoy signature drinks such as the “Staycation” made with Hayman’s Old Tom Gin, basil, mango, pineapple, grapefruit and lime. Non-alcoholic beverages and THC-infused selections, like Grapefruit Paloma, Mango Guava, Lemon Lime, and Lemonade Iced Tea are available as well.
