Since its launch, the series has garnered immense love and appreciation from audiences. Set in a convent school, the series skillfully blends themes of friendships, hardships, betrayal, and personal development, capturing the essence of adolescence in a way that truly resonates with viewers. Created by TVF Girliyapa and directed by Nayana Shyam, Sisterhood features a stellar cast, including Nitya Mathur, Bhagyashree Limaye, Nidhi Bhanushali, and Anvesha Vij in pivotal roles.
Anvesha Vij, who portrays the role of Zoya in Sisterhood, reminisces about enjoyable moments from the sets, saying, “We would start our day with Nayana’s warm hug. Our schedules were super hectic but also very fun.I became friends with nearly everyone right from the start, ensuring that there was never a dull moment on set for any of us.”
Anvesha further added, “We truly embodied our roles as schoolgirls. My favorite part of the day was lunchtime when the entire cast and crew came together to chat and savour delicious food. Also, the classroom scenes were a lot of fun since we were all together, but the most exciting scene to film was Zoya’s outburst.”
