Medical facilities across the state have been instructed to remain alert and ensure availability of isolation wards, testing protocols, and emergency response systems as part of precautionary planning.
Officials said screening measures at airports have been intensified to identify travellers arriving from affected regions, while awareness and preparedness activities have also been stepped up within the public health system.
