Exclusive interview with Mr. Jay Rathod, Founder, Koffeetech Communications. We thank Mr. Jay for giving us an opportunity to discuss his success journey. In this interview, Mr. Jay shared his passion and commitment towards clients.

  1. What was the idea behind Koffeetech Communications and how has been the journey so far?

Response: I have always been driven towards technology and as a passion developed my first website when I was in 10th grade (2007), embarking on my digital marketing career. The digitalization wave in the country pictured a huge scope for a change in the marketing industry; pushing me to start my own venture to service clients across different industries to fuel the brand’s success across Digital Marketing, Website Development, Public Relations, Social Media Marketing, and Branding. 

  1. There are a lot of companies in the digital marketing segment. What makes Koffeetech different in the game?

Response: In today’s highly competitive market, the demand for digital marketing is skyscraping each day and its scope is broadening each day beyond your imagination. No doubt there are many agencies in the industry but this is a result of a massive call. At Koffeetech Communications, the team believes that every brand is unique in its own way, which pushes them to deliver tailor-made solutions at the highest levels of creativity and execution. We come up with easy-to-use digital solutions; assisting brands, designing effective social media marketing campaigns. 

  1. How do you see the market growing post-pandemic? What is the future of digital marketing looking like in India?

Response: The pandemic has completely changed the digital consumption pattern. It has changed a lot of things about the world in a very short span of time and has transformed the way that we interact with others. Talking about the future of Digital Marketing in India, it is no secret that more and more businesses are investing in AI as it pushes productivity and is capable of understanding performance amongst the target audience. Growth in chatbots, providing an informative user experience, developing personalized content is the next big thing in digital marketing as brands and companies today are focused on innovation and delivering out-of-the-box ideas to develop high-quality content, being one of the effective ways of engaging with audience and potential leads. 

  1. How has the business been during COVID19 pandemic? How has Koffeetech Communications tackled it?

Response: The covid pandemic has been a boon or a bane for many businesses adapting to an uncertain future. The crisis also has created multiple opportunities for businesses who idealize one step ahead. Business at Koffeetech Communications was challenging but we soon adapted and created a new approach. Restricted marketing budgets proposed by the client, limited resources were few challenges that we had to deal with. However, our dedicated team were able to make the most of it to deliver bespoke ROI based approaches for our clients and emerged victorious as we moved into the third quarter of the last year.  

  1. Where do you see Koffeetech Communications three years down the road?

Response: Our primary goal is to serve all aspects from marketing to acting as an uplifter for any business entering in the digital arena. Being a three year old company, we have managed to make a mark for ourselves in the market. In the next couple of years, our goal is to have a PAN India presence in all metros and the Tier I cities and further venturing out to global clients.
