FELA-Foundation is Organized a 2-Days National e-conference

The Federation for Educational Leaders and Administrators Foundation (FELA-Foundation) acts as the voice of the education Industry. FELA foundation brings together senior academic community members, Industry leaders and policymakers and promotes a democratic exchange regarding policies and grievances in the education sector.

As the fastest-growing Higher Education Leaders Association, It offers a platform for exchange among educationists, the media and policymakers and aims to enrich growth in education and research. FELA Foundation conducted a National Level e-Conference on “Covid impact assessment on higher education”.

The conference’s goal is to assess the impact of COVID-19, especially on higher education, from the perspective of Vice-Chancellors and Higher education leaders from all over India. More than 15 Vice Chancellors participated and delivered their insights at the conference. Based on the discussion and the valuable insights of the Experienced and Esteemed FELA Members, we aim to furnish and publish the assessment report based on the conference and submit it to the respected Central and State Government Department of Education to make necessary reforms in Higher Education. The information will be shared and published in national & international media and FELA magazine.

The points discussed at the conference are as follows,

International Mobility of Students, The loss of instructional time in Online Education, Measures to continue student’s learning during the closure of Education Institutes, ,Educators’ readiness to Endow Digital Learning ,Critical parameters for the Reopening of Educational Institutes ,Challenges faced by Universities and Administrators during COVID,Factors affecting Quality of Higher Education in Digital Learning.

Day 1 of the conference was chaired by Dr Parvinder Singh, vice-chancellor at Rayat Bhara University, Punjab; Dr Raman Jha, Vice-Chancellor at Amity University, Jarkhand; and Dr Chattar Singh, Vice-Chancellor at Rai Technology University, Bangalore.

And day 2 of the conference was chaired by Dr Meena Rajesh, Vice-Chancellor at GH Raisoni University, Madya Pradesh, Dr Sunil Rai Vice-Chancellor at the University of Petroleum and Energy Research, and Dr Raghuvir Singh, Vice-Chancellor at Theerthankar Mahavir Unversity, Moradabad.
