Hanshi Premjit Sen who is President of Karate-Do Association of Bengal, Chairman, and a World  Referee and Coach has been conducting online classes to keep the children engaged. Hanshi Premjit Sen has been the Gold medalist of the World Cup of Martial Arts in the years 2003 and 2008 in Australia and the champion in the year 2009 in the Europe Open Championship. Therefore Hanshi Premjit Sen has started online karate workshops with the new modern techniques. These workshops are not only about karate but about the physical fitness of an individual.

As we all know the world is fighting the Coronavirus by staying in their home and in the meanwhile most of the children are spending their time playing video games. Video games can negatively affect the brain, memory, and vision. They can cause stress, anxiety, and even isolation if the addiction gets severe enough.
