Posspole and GBC signed an MOU for Technology, Business, and Manufacturing cooperation between South Korea and INDIABengaluru, Karnataka  13 December, 2023: Posspole Private Limited, a dynamic 360-degree ecosystem for Hi-Tech products, market access and manufacturing is thrilled to announce the commencement of a strategic partnership between India and South Korea. The GBC (Gyeonggi Business Center) is positioned as a hub for technology, business, and investment, fostering trade and economic cooperation between India, and South Korea. This strategic partnership was solidified through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between Posspole and GBSA marking the beginning of successful collaboration between India and South Korea.

The MOU was signed by Mr. Jung Juntae, Director of GBC India and Mr. Kiran Rudrappa, CEO of Posspole in the presence of Mr. Sungcheon Kang, CEO and President of GBSA, Korea. It took place with the grand opening of the Gyeonggi Business Center (GBC) in the grand ballroom of Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Bengaluru, a collaborative endeavor with Gyeonggi Business & Science Accelerator (GBSA).

MOU Highlights:

  1. Both parties commit to promoting trade and economic exchanges,  fostering cooperation investment and technology.
  1. Regular exchange of information on trade and economic sectors, as well as relevant data, is emphasized to enhance collaboration.
  1. The parties pledge to work together to seek tangible forms ofcooperation, including special seminars, symposia, and negotiations forbusiness representatives.
  1. Posspoleand GBSA will work in good faith to promote joint ventures, cooperative production, and other forms of economic and technological cooperation.
  1. Both parties commit to supporting and encouraging manufacturers and enthusiasts in bothIndiaand South Korea.
  1. The signatories will aim to assist each other in organizing and participating in international fairs and exhibitions, enhancing global visibility.
