Seven Seas Hotel Celebrates India’s Culinary Diversity with Food Bazaar of India 2026

Seven Seas Hotel proudly announces the third edition of its much-loved culinary festival, Food Bazaar of India 2026, a grand celebration of India’s diverse regional cuisines and vibrant food traditions. Hosted at Seventh Sense from 22nd May 2026, the festival brings together over 100 authentic dishes from across the country under one roof, offering guests an immersive gastronomic journey through India’s rich culinary heritage.

Now in its third successful year, Food Bazaar of India has become one of Delhi NCR’s most anticipated food festivals, known for recreating the flavours, aromas, and bustling spirit of India’s traditional bazaars. This year’s edition is bigger, richer, and more experiential, featuring dedicated food zones inspired by the culinary cultures of North, South, East, and West India.

Guests can indulge in iconic street food favourites and regional delicacies including Paani Ke Batashe, Lucknowi Sabz Galouti, Amritsari Chicken Tikka, Dal Baati Churma, Mutton Champaran Handi, Goan Chicken Xacuti, and live stations serving Dosas, Momos, Thukpa, and Kuzhi Paniyaram.

The festival showcases a thoughtfully curated menu that highlights authenticity and craftsmanship through traditional recipes, regional ingredients, and live interactive counters. From the royal flavours of Punjab, Awadh, Kashmir, and Rajasthan to the rustic delicacies of Bengal, Bihar, and the North-East, every section of the festival reflects the soul of India’s culinary diversity.

The experience is further elevated with a specially curated selection of traditional Indian beverages such as Aam Panna, Jaljeera, Kanji, Sol Kadhi, and Buransh Sharbat, alongside an indulgent dessert emporium featuring classics like Moti Jalebi with Rabri, Langcha, Sandesh, Kesari Shrikhand, Bibinka, Mysore Pak, and a live Kulfi Station.

A charming addition to the festival is Kona Ki Dukaan, a nostalgic chai corner serving Kulhad Chai, Cutting Chai, savoury snacks, and traditional teatime accompaniments that recreate the warmth and familiarity of India’s street-side tea culture.
