Sugs Lloyd Limited Secures RS 3271.69 Lakh Electrification Project in Bihar

New Delhi, Sep 08, 2025: Sugs Lloyd Limited, a leading integrated EPC player focused on electrical transmission and distribution, solar and civil projects, announced that it has been awarded a significant order worth ₹3271.69 Lakhs by the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (SBPDCL) for the Ongrid Electrification of Decentralized Distributed Generation (DDG) connected areas across the districts of Jamui, Banka, Nawada, Munger, and Lakhisarai in Bihar.

The project is sanctioned under the Revamped Reforms-Based and Results-Linked Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) and covers remote hilly and forest regions.

The scope of work of the order includes Ongrid Electrification of off-grid/DDG connected villages, erection of 11 KV and LT lines, installation of distribution substations (DSS), providing service connections to rural households, and comprehensive design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning. The project is scheduled for completion within 12 months from the date of award.
