With an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Chef Aswal brings with him a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality, celebrated for his refined techniques, creative finesse, and an unwavering commitment to pastry perfection.
A seasoned culinary professional, Executive Chef Aswal holds a Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery from IHM Faridabad (PUSA), and began his career with an industrial training stint at Jaypee Palace, Agra. Over the last two decades, he has worked with some of India’s leading hospitality brands including The Imperial Janpath, The Lalit New Delhi, Crowne Plaza Mayur Vihar, Hilton Janakpuri, and most recently Eros Hotel, Nehru Place, where he served as a Pastry Chef.
Chef Aswal’s expertise spans bakery, confectionery, event catering, and menu development. He is widely recognised for his innovative creations, artistic pastry showpieces, and his commitment to delivering exceptional quality while optimising food cost and production efficiency. His leadership style has been marked by a passion for mentorship, team development, and maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and operations.
In recognition of his excellence, Chef Aswal has received several industry accolades including the Master Chef International Confectionary Award by the Indian Culinary Forum, and silver medals for Artistic Pastry Showpiece and Plated Dessert at the Culinary Art India (AAHAR) Competitions.
