The Embassy of Spain organizes a Seminar on Study in Spain

New Delhi-2019: Embassy of Spain organized a seminar on “study in Spain” on the 3rd of September at the headquarters of the Instituto Cervantes in New Delhi. The aim of the seminar was to inform about the opportunities offered to Indian students in Spain and show the institutional support that students will receive from Spanish authorities. Around 35 school principals across India were present.

Campus Spain and the Embassy of Spain are encouraging students to study in Spain and highlighting the importance of the Spanish Language. Students were given a brief about the police such as students do not need additional examination (GMAT, SAT, TOEFL or IELTS) for International students to be admitted to a University in Spain, most attractive and perspective destinations for overseas studies.

The event was graced by some eminent dignitaries of Embassy of Spain Ignacio Vitórica Hamilton, responsible for cultural affairs and press of the Spanish Embassy in New Delhi, Jesús Díaz  Consul of Spain in New Delhi, Gonzalo Martinez, Director of Campus Spain, Oscar Pujol Riembau, Director of Instituto Cervantes, and Gosia Kozyra responsible for the international students in Campus Spain.

Gonzalo Martinez, Director of Campus Spain said “Spanish universities are open and welcoming for international students coming from India. Some of the most prestigious universities in Europe are based in Spain, and the tuition fees in those universities are highly subsidized by the government. Thanks to that, some top-ranked degrees in public universities cost students less than 1.000 USD per year. Spain is also one of the safest and enjoyable countries in the world, with a remarkable cultural heritage (art, architecture, music and local festivals such as “Tomatina”). While studying in Spain, students will also learn Spanish, which is the second most spoken language in the world, an official language in 21 different countries. The trends are shifting and every time more students choose Europe for their university studies. Spain is a perfect election.”
