May 25: Suzlon Energy has reported a 6% decline in its fourth-quarter net profit, which stood at ₹1,114 crore, compared to the corresponding period last year.
The company’s performance during the quarter was impacted by operational variations, even as it continued to focus on execution of wind energy projects and strengthening its order pipeline.
Suzlon said it remains committed to improving operational efficiency and expanding its footprint in the renewable energy sector, which continues to see strong long-term demand in India.
Analysts noted that despite the marginal decline in profit, the company remains well positioned within the country’s growing clean energy transition driven by rising investments in wind and hybrid energy projects.
