He will spearhead retail growth and business expansion across India. Shailendra will oversee Mila Beaute’s general trade, pharmacy, large-format retail, and exclusive brand outlets.

With a robust background in retail strategy and growth, Shailendra is set to play a crucial role in Mila Beauté’s ambitious plans. His primary objective is to establish a strong and profitable INR 100 crore retail business, making Indian colour cosmetics accessible not just in tier 1 cities but also penetrating India’s tier 2 markets.

Shailendra brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in the beauty and FMCG sectors. Before joining Mila Beauté, he served as National Sales Manager at Swiss Beauty. His career also includes notable stints at renowned organisations such as Revlon, Godfrey Philips, and Mars Chocolates. Some of Shailendra’s significant achievements include developing Nepal and Bangladesh as new markets for Mars Chocolates and transforming Revlon’s business in India with a 50% growth in profitability. He also played a pivotal role in identifying and developing new business channels in modern trade and retail beauty advisors for Swiss Beauty across India.
