Mumbai, April 15: Foundamental, a global venture capital firm focused on technology for the project economy, has announced the launch of Foundamental University, an open-access, on-demand masterclass platform designed to make practical industry knowledge widely accessible.
The platform’s inaugural season features 13 in-depth masterclasses with founders, CEOs, and senior operators from across construction, infrastructure, and the broader built environment. Leaders from prominent organizations such as Boston Consulting Group, Heidelberg Materials, Arcadis, Goldbeck, OpenSpace, and Levelset are part of the lineup.
Season 1 includes masterclasses with industry leaders such as Jeevan Kalanithi, Jan-Hendrik Goldbeck, Dominik von Achten, Matthias Tauber, and David Rockhill, among others. Each session runs approximately one hour and explores key topics including leadership at scale, decarbonization, international expansion, product-market fit, industrialized construction, and family business succession.
Unlike traditional short-form content or panel discussions, Foundamental University focuses on long-form, candid conversations that highlight real-world decisions, challenges, and trade-offs faced by industry leaders. The platform aims to capture insights that are often shared informally but rarely documented for broader learning.
